USA: Film Release for „The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure“ Announced

Earlier this year Merlin Entertainments, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and The LEGO^® Group announced the introduction of a new film at all LEGOLAND^® Parks and LEGOLAND^® Discovery Centers around the world (cf. EAP News from March 16, 2015). Now the official launch date for the Pure Imagination Studio production entitled “The LEGO^® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure” was made public. The adventure, featuring main characters Emmet and Wyldstyle, will debut on January 29, 2016 at LEGOLAND^® Florida Resort before being released at all other parks in California, Great Britain, Denmark, Germany and Malaysia in February. Shortly after, guests to the eleven LEGOLAND^® Discovery Centers in North America, Asia and Europe will also have the possibility to experience the new adventure written by US American screenwriter Adam Pava. The film was directed by Rob Schrab who currently also works on the sequel to “The LEGO Movie” debuting in 2018 at cinemas. (eap)
