USA: ICON Experiences Welcomes Randy Josselyn as New VP Experiences

As ICON Experiences – the advisory and management services company for the entertainment industry based in National Harbor/Maryland – recently announced, Randy Josselyn (photo) has taken over the position as Vice President, Experiences to improve the guest experience for The Capital Wheel (operated by ICON) and other ICON Experiences projects. Prior to joining ICON Experiences, Josselyn led Gateway Ticketing’s wildlife and conservation division and expanded services to include ticketing strategy for themed attractions, zos, museums and aquariums. Furthermore, during his professional career he has been working in numerous capacities for Wild Rivers Waterpark and Walt Disney Parks. He also founded his own consulting firm Team Trajectory that was specialized in ticketing, technology, e-commerce and best practices for the attractions industry.
