USA: Inside the Walt Disney Archives Displayed at Graceland Exhibition Center

For two years now, the Graceland Exhibition Center, which was built on the property where the “King of Rock n' Roll“, Elvis Presley, once lived, has offered an opportunity for travelling exhibitions to display. From July 23, visitors can marvel here at the approximately 930-square-metre exhibition (10,000 square feet) “Inside the Walt Disney Archives“, which celebrated its premiere in 2018 during “D23 Expo Japan“. On display here are more than 450 objects consisting of artwork, costumes and props from the Disney history such as the first sketches for Disney‘s animated film “Fantasiana“ (1940), the bag from “Mary Poppins“ (1964) or “Jack Sparrow’s“ compass from “Pirates of the Caribbean“ (2003-2017) and much more. While the exhibition is available until January 2, 2022, numerous family-friendly and seasonal events are also planned. (eap)
