USA: Opening Of ModelLand by Tyra Banks Postponed

The new immersive guest experience ModelLand, which was developed by international renowned model and hostess Tyra Banks, had to postpone its scheduled opening date of May 1st, 2020 due to the continuing spread of Covid-19. Located at Santa Monica Place shopping mall, which is operated by the Macerich real estate investment trust, the new visitor attraction will comprise a ground space of almost 2,000 square metres (21,000 square feet).

ModelLand aims to create a fantastic model world, which will provide guests with interactive experiences but also creative cooperations with designer labels, retail and F&B offerings. In addition, there will be a series of events taking place at the venue. (eap)
