USA: Six Flags Welcomes Back Waterworld California
Recently, Six Flags Entertainment announced it has entered an agreement with EPR Properties, owner of Waterworld California, to operate the waterpark located in Concord/CA. Waterworld California was owned and operated by Six Flags from 2004 until 2006 – once the City of Concord has given approval of the agreement, Six Flags welcomes back the waterpark destination as its 20th property. On an area of some twelve hectares (30 acre), Waterworld California features more than 35 attractions, including a wave pool, an interactive children’s play area and the “Break Point Plunge” SuperLoop slide from ProSlide. On Saturday, May 13th the waterpark starts into this year’s season. (eap)
