USA: The Island Entertainment Destination to Open New Flying Theater Attraction in 2020

Featuring numerous attractions as well as shopping and dining options, The Island is another attractive entertainment destination for families with kids in Pigeon Forge/Tennessee, besides Dolly Parton’s well-known Dollywood amusement park. As was just announced, The Island will invest a total of 20 million US dollars (approx. 17.6 million euros) in the addition of a brand-new flying theater attraction, scheduled to open in 2020. Equipped with a state-of-the-art ride system and a custom film, the new attraction will be supplied by Dynamic Attractions.
“We are very excited to bring another premier attraction to The Island in Pigeon Forge,” said President Bob McManus. “This flying theater will truly be a one-of-a-kind, immersive entertainment experience.
