USA: Thinkwell Group Achieves Growth With Corporate Acquisition

A s announced by Los Angeles/California-based Thinkwell Group last week, the global experience design company has recently acquired Réalisations-Montréal, a company specialized in new technologies (e.g. big data, artificial intelligence, or real-time generative projection technologies) founded in 2000 by Roger Parent, former Executive Producer and VP of Production at Cirque du Soleil. “Our projects continuously demand the best in state-of-the-art interactive technologies and design, which we will meet with expanded creative capabilities and technical agility in Montréal,” said François Bergeron, Chief Operating & Financial Officer, Thinkwell Group. He adds, “At the same time, bringing Louise Murray into the organization means she can focus on the management and growth of our Los Angeles design and production group to best serve the evolving needs of our clients.”

Both companies have previously worked together on a number of projects. At Thinkwell’s Los Angeles design and production studios, the newly hired ex-Delaware North executive Louise Murray will oversee the strategic growth and operation of the organization as President. Formerly, Murray served as Senior Vice President, Operations for Delaware North’s TD Garden group. (eap)
