WOW Company & Polin Waterparks Announce Strategic Alliance

Belgian-based WOW Company, developer and manufacturer of the “Wave Ball”, and Turkey’s water slide and water attractions manufacturer Polin Waterparks recently announced a new strategic alliance. The partnership will allow Polin to exclusively distribute the Wave Ball wave-generating machines in 39 countries and thus act as WOW’s global sales partner. In the framework of the cooperation the two companies expect being able to provide customers with the Wave Ball technology at competitive prices and with expanded product offerings. Furthermore, WOW and Polin hope to strengthen their position in the market and capture market share in new regions and industries. Paolo Danubio, Sales Manager at WOW, sees advantages for both companies. “Our aim is to match the power of both our innovative companies so that we can serve our clients even better and bring more value-added products to them. The distribution agreement is a natural fit that will allow us to serve the growing demand for these types of products in the aquatics industry,” he says. Since 1992, WOW Company has sold more than 300 of its products in 46 countries worldwide. (eap)
