Wels/Austria: Women’s Leisure Centre as a Meeting Point for the Whole Family

X-GARDEN, a family centre specially geared to the needs of children and women, will be opening this September. Women and kids, the centre point of the concept, can indulge themselves at the 10,000-sqm large facility – a combination of shopping, beauty centre, relaxation oases, an indoor fun park for kids, a health and children’s competence centre, and plenty of parking space. As a “roofed” expansion of downtown Wels, X-GARDEN offers plenty of opportunities to do some shopping with its 3,500 square metres of store space. And the 2,500-square meter large indoor playground “KiDSGARDEN” has been adapted to the fantasies and desires of children between the ages of two and twelve. Whether they like to climb, slide, drive carts or discover the exciting fairytale castle together with their parents, KiDSGARDEN will be the main hub for children. And when their tummies rumble, the in-house children’s restaurant is there to cater to their hunger. Operator of the new facility is the company FEHA. (eap)
