Germany: Phantasialand Presents a New Jungle Adventure

With the “Deep in Africa – Adventure Trail”, Phantasialand now offers a unique adventure tour in the heart of the jungle. More precisely in the middle of the African themed world and right next to the garden of the Matamba Hotel, Phantasialand has created a new and interactive experience. In their role as adventurers, guests actively explore the “wilderness” and catch incredibly close glimpses of the “Black Mamba” roller coaster whizzing by. On suspension bridges and rocks (by Universal Rocks), climbing, crawling, balancing or even standing upright, the explorers walk – everyone in their own way, daringly high up or nimbly from rock to rock or rather enjoying the adventure with all their senses on safe paths – along the explorer trail. A mystical grotto invites them to explore. The lush greenery and sounds of the jungle, hand-carved masks and exotic fabrics and draperies line the path as well as interactive elements and splashing effects and deepen the perception of the experience for everyone in their own unique way. The adventurous path leads through jungle, canyon, village and grotto to a special destination: “Kroka’s new lodge” – this marks the end of this new and special attraction in Phantasialand with its flickering cooking spot and cosy-looking sleeping bunk of the cheerful dragon.

Little explorers can join the Adventure Trail from the age of three and a body height of 90 centimeters, accompanied by an adult. Everyone older than six years and taller than 1.20 meters can delve into the jungle adventure together or alone and experience the entire Deep in Africa theme world in a completely new way from now on.
