“Cloud Catcher” Carousel Opens at Eis-Greissler Adventure Park

Das Eis-Greissler-Gründerehepaar Andrea und Georg Blochberger eröffnen das neue Karussell. (eap) From today, visitors to the Eis-Greissler Adventure Park can have fun on the new “Cloud Catcher” carousel, which combines ride fun with interactive play – namely catching glowing clouds (read more in our recently published EAP News from July 25, 2024). The leisure destination, which opened in 2016 as a playground in naturalistic design not far from the Eis-Greissler ice cream factory in Krumbach (Austria) and is now also appropriately named “Adventure Park”, now also has several rides on offer... The new Cloud Catcher (in German: “Wolkenfänger”) carousel (designed by Alex Korting, manufactured by aufwind) complements the existing ride portfolio, which consists of the family freefall tower “Milchshaker” (Zierer), the family-friendly roller coaster “Bucklbahn” (Gerstlauer) and the simulator “Eis-Zeitreise” (also aufwind). In addition to classic, lovingly regionally themed play equipment, the Eis-Greissler park landscape also includes an ice cream-themed water playground (by Watergames & More).

“At Eis-Greissler, we have always broken new ground, from unusual ice cream flavors to the opening of our adventure park. Our new carousel and our entire park are anything but ordinary, which visitors and especially children appreciate and therefore love to come back,” says Georg Blochberger, who founded Eis-Greissler together with his wife Andrea. ■
