Berlin Dungeon Presents New Show “The Revolution”
(eap) The Berlin Dungeon, part of the Merlin Entertainments Group, has been leading visitors into the abysses of Berlin’s past for years. Starting today and for a short time only (until September 3, 2023), guests can experience the new show “The Revolution” here. Set back in 1848, visitors become revolutionaries themselves and face the challenges and dangers of this turbulent era. In addition, the Berlin Dungeon has created a Berlin city map on which the locations of real true crime cases are marked, so that curious guests can visit the former crime scenes in real life. Among the locations are the area around Berlin Ostbahnhof, where Carl Großmann, the serial killer of Berlin – also known as the “Beast of Schlesischer Bahnhof” – lived, as well as the torture chamber in the Berlin Palace and the “Plague Street”. Those who want to learn more about the individual cases after checking out the locations can do so at the Berlin Dungeon. ■
