Booking Start for New Savannah Sunset Resort at Six Flags Great Adventure
(eap) Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, is now accepting reservations for its new “Savannah Sunset Resort and Spa”, which is scheduled to officially open on June 14. The new accommodation option is about luxurious glamping in the middle of the around 350-acre (approx.140-hectare) Wild Safari Park (part of Six Flags Great Adventure), which is home to over 1,200 animals. A total of 20 glamping suites that vary in size, sleeping two to six guests, will be part of the Savannah Sunset Resort. In addition to a special gastronomic offer and event spaces, there will also be a spa area.
“We are excited to welcome guests this spring to the Savannah Sunset Resort and Spa, where opulence meets the open savannah in the heart of New Jersey,” said Park President Brian Bacica. “Our team is planning every detail to create a luxury experience welcoming guests to enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of our resort. Whether you seek relaxation, a family adventure, or a romantic getaway, Savannah Sunset Resort and Spa promises to exceed your expectations.”
The Savannah Sunset Resort and Spa represents one of Six Flags Great Adventure’s largest investments in nearly two decades. In addition to the new accommodation facilities, the park is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with the opening of North America’s first super boomerang coaster “THE FLASH: Vertical Velocity” by Vekoma. A specific opening date for the park’s 15th roller coaster has not been announced yet. Six Flags Great Adventure will start into the new season on March 16. ■
