Canada: Charles Décarie Appointed as Triotech’s New COO

As the Canada-based provider of interactive and multi-sensory attractions for the entertainment industry Triotech announced yesterday, Charles Décarie has been appointed as the company's new Chief Operating Officer. For more than 15 years, Décarie has held several senior management positions at the Canadian entertainment company Cirque du Soleil, most recently as COO. During this period, he could make a significant contribution to Cirque du Soleil's further growth.
In his new role as Triotech's COO Décarie will oversee all of the company's operations, both at Triotech's headquarters in Montreal and around the world. Furthermore, he will support Triotech in its efforts to gain a leading position in the industry, especially in the United States, Europe and Asia. “Charles will be my right-hand man and will play a leading role at Triotech. He will help define the company’s direction and lead its various teams,” Ernest Yale, founder and co-controlling shareholder of Triotech, says. (eap)
