China: Grand Opening for Lionsgate Entertainment World® Announced

The opening date for the new indoor theme park destination, which is currently being built on the Chinese island of Hengqin (Zhuhai Province), has just been announced: Lionsgate Entertainment World® at Novotown Phase I will open its doors to the public on 31st of July. The rides and attractions of the park will feature six global film franchises and Chinese box office hits.

Lionsgate Entertainment World® aims to become a multifaceted destination by engaging guests through story-telling and cutting edge technology,” said Selena Magill, General Manager of Lionsgate Entertainment World®. She adds, “We expect guests in China and all around the world to enjoy sensational experiences here that they won’t soon forget.”
