Following the years 2010 and 2011, Fårup Sommerland this year once again received an
“IAAPA Human Resources Excellence Award”. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) honored the Danish amusement park for providing the third-best service worldwide within the amusement industry. The award ceremony was held on November, 18 during the “IAAPA Attractions Expo” in Orlando, Florida. EAP issue 1/16 will feature a detailed trade show report.
“[...] We are unspeakably proud and happy, and it is a huge recognition of the tremendous work Fårup Sommerland has put into educating and training our many employees to provide guests with the best experience and service while they are visiting the park,” Fårup Sommerland’s General Manager Søren Kragelund comments. “[…] Roller coasters can be found everywhere in the world. But, now we have proof on paper that our level of service is unmatched,” Kragelund says.
