France: Physical Virtuality 2020 Trade Show Canceled – Event Goes Digital
The fourth edition of the Virtuality trade show for new technologies, which was originally planned to take place as a physical trade show event in Paris in November this year, had to be cancelled by the organizers (the Virtuality Paris specialist committee around founder Olivier Godest) due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis with an especially high number of positive cases in the French capital.
But the experts for immersive VR, AR and Mixed Reality quickly found a solution to transform the physical trade show into an online event in cooperation with Paris-based tech company Manzalab. From December 2nd to 4th, companies specialized in new technologies will be able to participate virtually in the trade show, in order to present their latest developments to an expert audience and potential customers, to benefit from education sessions and to network with industry peers. Visitors who were already registered for the physical trade show will automatically receive a ticket to participate in the online event.
