Germany: “Together Climate-Proof into the Future” – GaLaBau Trade Fair for Gardening, Landscaping & Green Design Features Focus Theme for the First Time

GaLaBau, the International Trade Fair for Gardening, Landscaping and Green Design, returns to the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg from 14 to 17 September this year and aims to attract the landscape gardening and open space design industry with current trend topics, promising innovations and fresh impulses. For the first time, the trade fair, which is held every two years, will present itself this year with a focus theme, which will be the central element linking the total of 14 occupied exhibition halls: “Together climate-friendly into the future”. A green-blue path, special flags at the exhibitors’ stands and seals in the seminar and lecture programme will visually mark solutions and offers that are intended to serve modern open space and landscape design also with a focus on climate protection and in this way provide trade fair visitors with orientation in the variety of offers.

Among the registered exhibitors are, of course, also suppliers from the playground and leisure facility construction sectors. Companies such as espas, hochkant GmbH (which was involved in the realisation of the “Harzdrenalin” catapult attraction; read our cover story in EAP 4/22), HUCK Seiltechnik, Kinderland Emsland Spiel- und Freizeitgeräte (which was involved in the realisation of the recently opened adventure trail “Deep in Africa” at Phantasialand), SIK Holzgestaltung, Spielart GmbH (whose latest projects include a new play area with an African jungle theme at the French theme park Le PAL), KaGo & Hammerschmidt for professional artificial rock design or NUSSER Stadtmöbel for urban furniture will present themselves with a booth during the four-day trade fair.
