Germany: Europa-Park with Outstanding Service Quality

Germany’s Europa-Park in Rust, which welcomes more than four million visitors per year, has recently been elected best theme park in terms of service quality. The German ranking, done by ServiceValue GmbH, Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and the German daily newspaper Die Welt, is based on around one million customer judgments on the quality of over 1,000 companies. It’s not only the theme park that aims to offer its guests an unforgettable experience, but also the staff at the hotel resort of Europa-Park is keen on doing so. The staff of the newly opened theme hotel “Bell Rock” has been trained for several weeks prior to the opening in July.
