Germany: KristallTurm Presents New Products for Even More Climbing Fun
Based in Lenggries, Bavaria, the KristallTurm® company has been known for its free-standing high ropes courses and climbing facilities for over ten years now and has already implemented numerous projects worldwide – from Berlin to Dubai and Shanghai. Just in time for the start of the upcoming climbing season, the supplier is presenting a range of new products designed to offer an even more varied climbing experience.
This includes the free-standing kids’ course, which, instead of being integrated as the lowest level in a high ropes course, can now also be realized completely independently as a stand-alone highlight for children of all ages. Two different sizes are available. At the end of each course, a ten-meter-long Flying Fox (rope slide) provides another fun element for the children. With the so-called “KT-18 Klettersäule” (KT-18 Climbing Column), which has also been added to the manufacturer’s portfolio, a central climbing tower with a height of 12.7 meters and different options for routes of varying difficulty can now be added to the high ropes course. The climbing tower (consisting of four walls) was designed with three levels and can also be retrofitted to existing high ropes courses.
Among the other add-ons presented by the company is the “Panoramaschaukel” (Panorama Swing), which, as the name already implies, offers a spectacular view for climbers while sitting at a lofty height with the feet dangling in the air. Furthermore, in addition to the existing stairs, alternative connecting elements (diagonal or vertical), e.g. in the form of a rope ladder, can now be integrated into the high ropes courses to connect climbing levels with each other.
