Germany: interbad 2021 to Combine In-Person Trade Show Event with Digital Program
The interbad show, the international trade fair for swimming pools, saunas and spas, will take place from September 21th to 24th this year as an in-person event in the halls of Messe Stuttgart, and will in addition offer a comprehensive digital trade show program. The online offer will address international trade show participants who might be unable to attend the show due to possible travel restrictions. The thematic focus of this year’s show, which originally would have taken place last fall but had to be postponed due to the pandemic (cf. EAP news of 21 July 2020), will lie on innovative technology trends and creative design ideas for swimming pools, saunas and spas.
“We assume that some of our international participants will not yet be able to travel again. Therefore, we are further developing the congress and supporting program with our partners so that there will also be interesting offerings for these visitors, even if they cannot be in Stuttgart this year. It is our goal to enable the transfer of knowledge and inspiring local and digital meetings worldwide,” explains project manager Dagmar Weise.
In order to offer visitors a safe trade fair experience, Messe Stuttgart has developed the concept “Safe Expo – Safe for the People. Good for the Economy”, which includes hygiene measures, social distancing regulations, mandatory face masks inside the trade show centre as well as trained personnel to ensure compliance with the safety concept.
