InnovateX: New Specialist Forum for the Experience Industry

(eap) The British trade association Experience UK, which networks and represents players in the experience economy, is organizing “InnovateX”, a new one-day forum at the Wellcome Collection exhibition venue in London on 27 March 2025. The event is intended to promote professional exchange on how uniqueness, design, sustainability, digitalization and a focus on immersion can shape the experience economy and create competitive advantages for companies.

The forum addresses professionals and executives from all areas of the experience industry – whether from the public or private sector, from investors and operators, architects and technology developers to creatives, game designers and retail experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sessions on topics including business models for experiential attractions, consumer psychology with a focus on Gen Z demand trends and enhancing the guest experience through digitalization, as the program highlights. Speakers include Jo Quinton-Tulloch (Director of the National Science & Media Museum), Robbie Jones (Insights Director at Katapult), Neil Connolly (Creative Director, The Everywhere Group) and Jessie Bailey (Partner Manager, Electrosonic). ■
