LBE Specialists Form New Turnkey Entertainment Operator Spider Entertainment

Rob Hetherington, most recently Commercial Director at Lappset Creative, and Kevin Williams, speaker and publisher of The Stinger Report, have joined forces with other location-based entertainment (LBE) specialists to form Spider Entertainment, a new operating company for turnkey visitor experiences. Hetherington, now CEO of Spider Entertainment, said “Retail destinations are turning to entertainment to drive footfall and enhance the customer experience. They need experienced operators to help them operate successful, profitable attractions. Spider helps brands access retail destinations and provides landlords with turnkey attraction operation.”

Williams, Co-Founder and Technology Director, commented: “The vision combined in this new operation offers an amazing opportunity, and I am honored to play a part in shaping its direction.
