New Family Coaster at Karl’s Erlebnis-Dörfer to Open
On April 28, the new roller coaster “Knolli’s Mini-K2” will make its debut in all five Karls Adventure Villages. What’s special about this new attraction is that it doesn’t need any electricity – it’s powered quite sustainably solely by muscle power.
“Our guests can look forward to a unique experience, the whole family can enjoy: The kids sit in the wooden lorry car, while mom and dad pedal and provide the fun,” says Karls CEO Robert Dahl.
Knolli’s Mini-K2 is designed for all little Karls fans who love thrills but are still a little too small for the big role model from Elstal (“K2”). Together with an accompanying person, kids (up to 40kg or 150cm height) can whiz along a 30-meter track in the new attraction. From the two-meter high lift, after a bend, it goes over three small mini hills until one round is completed. In Elstal, guests can even engage in a little competition, as there is a double layout of Knolli’s Mini-K2 next to the original K2. (eap)
