Nickelodeon Universe® Announces Two New Attractions

(eap) Two new family attractions are opening soon at Nickelodeon Universe®, an indoor amusement park at the Mall of America® in Bloomington/Minnesota. First, “Boots’ Banana Swing”, a Happy Swing themed to the monkey “Boots” from the Nickelodeon children’s series “Dora the Explorer”, will debut this winter. Secondly, “Fly with Appa”, a Jump Around attraction, in which visitors can fly in gondolas designed as “Appa” from “Avatar: The Last Airbender”, will open in spring 2024. Both attractions are supplied by the Italian manufacturer Zamperla.

Due to the arrival of the two new attractions, the existing ride “Bubble Guppies Guppy Bubbler” will find a new place in the park. During the construction work, the attraction will therefore remain closed, but it is expected to reopen in the upcoming holiday season. ■
