Opening Date Announced for Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas

(eap) Universal Destinations & Experiences’ first permanent horror experience, Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas, Nevada, has an opening date: Starting August 14 this year, horror fans will be able to enjoy the scary attraction inspired by horror movies and events from Universal theme parks.

Guests enter a darkened warehouse with four areas where monstrous creatures are lurking around every corner – from vampires to a collection of unsettling dolls... There are also four haunted houses where visitors can test their courage. The horror theme extends to the F&B offering, e.g. in the form of themed bars serving cocktails and eerily staged snacks. A store with a selection of merchandise and collector’s items completes the offer.

Universal Horror Unleashed will occupy an area of almost 9,300 square meters (100,000 square feet) and will be located in the AREA15 entertainment district. ■
