Universal Orlando Welcomes First Guests to “Stella Nova” Hotel

(eap) Universal Orlando Resort yesterday welcomed the first guests to its new “Stella Nova” hotel, which is located near the new Epic Universe theme park – which in turn celebrates its grand opening on May 22 this year.

Once again developed by Universal Creative in collaboration with Loews Hotels & Co, the hotel is – as the name suggests – cosmically themed. The total of 750 rooms, each equipped with two queen-size beds and thus with a capacity for four guests, are designed to reflect the infinite expanse of space. With this in mind, there are windows reminiscent of a space station, among other things. The other facilities at the Stella Nova Hotel also have a galactic theme, such as the “Galaxy Bar”, the “Galaxy Grill” and the “Cosmos Café & Market”. There is also a pool with splash pad, a fitness center and a gaming room.  

Guests of the Stella Nova Hotel will be able to reach the new Epic Universe Park by foot. Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and the Volcano Bay water park are also just a few minutes’ drive away. In future, the “Terra Luna” hotel and the “Helios Grand Hotel” will also complement the accommodation offer at the Epic Universe park. ■
