Plopsa Markets Plopsaland De Panne as a Resort
(eap) The Belgian Plopsa Group is repositioning Plopsaland De Panne’s accommodation offer with a strategic name change and is now marketing its offer as a resort. In combination with the Plopsaqua De Panne water park, the Studio 100 Theater De Panne and the four different accommodation options, the company promises premium stays for the whole family under the name “Plopsaland Resort”.

The accommodation includes the Plopsaland Theater Hotel, a four-star hotel with 92 themed rooms and 25 suites for families of up to six people. The Plopsaland Studio 100 Chalets offer fans 21 themed chalets that allow them to immerse themselves in the world of their favourite characters. Plopsaland Base Camp, on the other hand, is suitable for guests who want to explore the area with their own tent or camper van. Furthermore, Plopsaland Village is due to open at the end of this year. This will consist of 55 cozy cottage-style villas that are ideal for families and groups of friends from six of up to twelve people. The official opening of the first 15 villas is planned for December 21, 2024.
“The name ‘Plopsaland Resort’ and the new names of the various accommodations have come about logically, because they make it clear that all facilities are located around Plopsaland De Panne. It emphasizes that all Plopsaland accommodations are part of Plopsaland Resort and that in the future everything will also be seen from this resort approach. The new names also better reflect what the individual accommodations stand for,” explains Xavier Verellen, Marketing and Sales Director at Plopsa. ■
