Ravensburger Spieleland with New memory® Attraction
(eap) Ravensburger Spieleland at Lake Constance, Germany, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. As already reported in our Park Report 2023, the amusement park has some novelties in store for this occasion. One of them is the opening of a new memory® attraction. The classic game, which went on sale in 1959, is now being brought to life at Ravensburger Spieleland.
In “World of memory®”, visitors can become part of a 4D adventure. In an interactive dark ride (by the German company of aufwind) the task is to collect pairs of cards, just like in the classic memory game – but here by means of a joystick. During the ride, guests virtually travel to the most beautiful places and sights in the world, pass spectacular natural landscapes as part of the popular “nature memory®” and delve into the world of dinosaurs. During the journey through the different worlds, little cards appear again and again on the screens for the passengers to collect. At the end of the ride, visitors find out how many pairs of cards they have found.
Children from the age of four and a height of one meter are allowed to join in the memory® ride. ■
