Renovation of the Efteling Wonder Hotel is Progressing

(eap) While the new Efteling Grand Hotel, which is being built at the main entrance to the Dutch theme park Efteling, is currently still under construction, the Efteling Hotel, which opened in 1992, is also being renovated since January and is due to reopen under a new name in April.

Among other things, the first floor of the Efteling Wonder Hotel is being renovated and the entrance area relocated (see EAP news from 02 Dec 2024). As part of the renovation work, the previous circus suite is now being transformed and will await guests as the “Jokie & Jet Suite” from April. The colorful suite is located in one of the hotel's towers and offers 53 square meters of space for up to five people. The two adventurers Jokie and Jet, known from the themed ride “Carnaval Festival”, have decorated the room with all kinds of souvenirs from the countries they have visited together – guests can also assign them to the various countries of origin in an interactive 3D book.

The “Snow White Suite” and the “Cinderella Suite” were also renovated as part of the work and now offer new beds and modernized bathrooms as well as various new decorative elements.  ■
