St. Moritz/Switzerland: OVAVERVA’s First Business Year Proved Quite Successful

The OVAVERA Hallenbad, Spa & Sportzentrum, opened in St. Moritz in Switzerland one year ago (we reported on this in EAP, issue 3/2013), can look back on a quite successful first operational year. With a total of 172,000 visitors, the swimming pool, spa and sports facility’s results exceed all expectations. “Our first year, in which we welcomed a total of 172,000 guests (admissions to the indoor swimming pool, the spa and fitness areas), substantiates our optimism,” explains Marco Michel, operations manager of OVAVERVA. “We were able to generate an average of around 472 guests per day at OVAVERVA. This clearly exceeds our expectations.” As expected, OVAVERVA served as a good place to visit when the weather was bad during the summer months and it was even more frequented in the autumn-winter period.
