USA: Busch Gardens Williamsburg Creates New Guest Experiences

This year, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, located in the US-state of Virginia, will introduce three new guest experiences. As the theme park announced, the Italian restaurant “Ristorante della Piazza” has been transformed into a new international market-style restaurant since November. Once opened in spring this year, the restaurant will offer not only Italian but also Mediterranean and Asian dishes. Up to now, the park has not published the new restaurant’s name. Beer aficionados can look forward to a new craft beer room inside the “Das Festhaus” restaurant, which is scheduled to open in spring. 30 local and regional craft beers along with a variety of snacks will be served here.

Furthermore, the park announced that a new evening show will debut at the “Royal Palace Theatre” in summer. Featuring new technology, the live performance is a contemporary spin on the tale of the three musketeers. “An evening performance opens up a world of possibilities for an open-air venue like the Royal Palace Theatre. Playing with light and shadow in the night air lets us immerse the audience into the storyline like never before. It’s definitely something worth staying late for,” says the park’s Entertainment Director Peter Dunklee. (eap)
