USA: New Visitor Aquarium Set for Branson, Missouri

For an investment sum of just under 45 million EUR (51 million USD), a new visitor aquarium is set to open its doors in Branson (Missouri) in the summer of 2020, being part of the development plans from California-based Kuvera Partners (operator of the four Hollywood Wax Museum locations & planning company for leisure complexes) to turn the site of Branson’s closed Grand Palace Theater into the "Branson Boardwalk".

In addition to the aquarium, plans include the creation of an artificial lake for water sports. According to Kuvera, the over five-hectare (13 acre) site could be used for further additions not planned yet. (eap)
