USA: Snake River Run – The Highspeed Slide Experience for Idaho

Since this summer, visitors to Roaring Springs Water Park located in Meridian, Idaho (USA) have been able to experience the new “Snake River Run“ water slide (type FlyingSAUCER 30) supplied by Canadian manufacturer ProSlide. The 1.1 million Euros (1.3 million US Dollar) project provides several thrilling elements on a 133.5 metres long sliding track.

Seated in one or two person rafts, visitors launch into a double explosion loop. Additionally, two consecutive FlyingSAUCER elements are creating maximun acceleration from where riders blast into one last 180 degree turn before their journey ends in the landing pool. (eap)
