USA: Soaky Mountain Waterpark – Tennessee’s All-New Leisure Destination
Today the all-new Soaky Mountain Waterpark in Sevierville, Tennessee welcomes its first bathing guests and is launching its array of adventure pools as well as fun and thrilling water slides. Dave Andrews, general manager of Soaky Mountain Waterpark, comments: “We are so excited to be open to the public! Soaky is such a fun place for families and truly features something for all ages to enjoy, all in a beautiful mountain-modern park setting.”
Soaky Mountain Waterpark features four slides supplied by Canadian manufacturer ProSlide. The park’s highlight is the “Avalaunch“ water coaster, with four “FlyingSaucer“ elements, which create a roller coaster-like sliding effect. Additionally, the park is equipped with the over 3,000 square metre large wave pool “Soaky Surge“ and the “Hand 10essee“ double “FlowRider“ surf simulator. Also, the park features a detailed play-and-spray area for kids called “The Hive“, the design of which is realted to the flora and fauna of the Soaky Mountain region. Rounding off the visitor experience, the around 81 million euros water park features even more slides, a an inflatable water skill course by Wibit and a wild river.
