USA: Water Fun at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon now possible again
After the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort (WDWR) waterpark Blizzard Beach in March 2021 (cf. EAP news of 19 Jan 2021), also the resort’s second water park location Typhoon Lagoon has now opened its gates again to visitors to enjoy a day of water fun after almost two years of closure. From now on, guests can again experience the numerous water attractions such as the ”Miss Adventure Falls” raft slide, the “Crush ‘n’ Gusher” water coaster, the “Castaway Creed” lazyriver or the “Humunga Kowabunga” slide tower. In the Typhoon Lagoon surf pool, surf lessons for beginners are offered. New culinary offerings include a selection of soft-serve ice cream flavors as well as snacks and desserts themed appropriately for WDWR’s 50th anniversary. (eap)
