Yesterday marked the launch of new service company eXP Maven, founded by industry insider Nathan Jones. Jones, who most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at design firm CAVU Designwerks, aims to improve the quantification of the guest experience for new and existing leisure facilities by offering clients a modern technical solution.
With the help of AI, all guest touchpoints within a leisure facility can thus be identified and evaluated in order to align the planning and implementation process of parks and attractions with the actual guest experience. “Through the years and around the globe, I saw firsthand how new and established destinations struggled to quantify their guests’ experiences.
