United Parks & Resorts Presents this Year’s Halloween Attractions

(eap) The operating group United Parks & Resorts (formerly SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment) has announced the line-up for this year’s Halloween event “Howl-O-Scream” for SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Diego and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Visitors can look forward to spooky fun in the parks on selected evenings from September 6 to November 2.

At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, the Halloween special is taking place for the 25th time. To mark this occasion, visitors can test their courage in five new haunted houses and scare zones. These include “Howl-O-Scream: Terror Through Time”, where visitors can face the horrors of 25 years of Howl-O-Scream. No less frightening will be the “Tree Lot Massacre”, in which the once festively decorated “Evergreen Acres Christmas Tree Farm” hides a dark secret. In the new “Shadows of Wonderland”, Alice must face a distorted reality and escape the vengeful queen. The three attractions are complemented by the “Sawgrass Slaughter”, the playing children of “Little Nightmares: Trick or Treat”, the Viking house “Ragnar’s Wrath” and a battle between good and evil at “The Reckoning”.

SeaWorld San Diego promises an “even scarier experience than ever before” with this year’s haunted houses and scare zones. Included are the “Nightmare Experiment”, “Simon’s Slaughterhouse”, “Deathwater Bayou”, “Area 64: Alien Outbreak”, “Terrors of the Deep” and “Red Moon Revelry”. In addition, visitors will encounter “Ville Vignettes” between the haunted houses and scare zones – staged scenes designed to terrify unsuspecting guests. Furthermore, visitors can get ominous predictions from a “fortune teller”. At SeaWorld Orlando, guests have to prove their courage in the attractions “The Ultimate Gamble”, “Atlantis – Journey Below”, “Farm 51”, “Cannibal Harbor” and “Seeds of the Coven”. The experiences will be rounded off with shows such as “Siren’s Song”, in which visitors can immerse themselves in the story of the legendary sirens. ■
