Winter Efteling Starts November 13 With Anniversary Edition

(eap) From November 13, 2023 to January 28, 2024, the Dutch theme park Efteling will be transformed into an atmospheric winter world for the 25^th time. New this year are glowing butterflies that Sander de Bruijn, head of the design team at Efteling, designed last year in collaboration with the company ASML for the GLOW light festival in Eindhoven. Visitors will soon be able to enjoy parts of the “Connecting your love” lighting project in “Winter Efteling”. In addition, life-size snow globes can be marvelled at for the first time on the “Ton van de Ven Plein” square and in the “Ruigrijk”.

In addition, an ice-skating rink, winter food and a varied entertainment program await visitors at the “Warme Winter Weide”. Here, among other things, the four-member a capella group Zang & Gelukkig can be listened to. Also, on New Year’s Eve, visitors can spend a winter day at Efteling. From 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., festive live entertainment will ensure a special start into the new year. ■
