(eap) The Dracolorium, a new interactive permanent exhibition presenting life-size dragons and fantastic creatures, recently opened in the Swiss town of Bad Zurzach. These are located in a room measuring around 250 square meters, where a media library and a café with a large library dedicated to painting, photography and the creation of sculptures have also been set up. Motion detectors and interactive buttons that guests can push bring some of the exhibits “to life”: Art meets technology...

Barbara & Roman Brosowski vor „Kingbeast“. The permanent exhibition was realized by Barbara and Roman Brosowski – all objects are based on Barbara Brosowski’s own designs, who is a qualified art teacher and has been running the Oechsli Studio in Bad Zurzach since 2014. The exhibition now presents a collection of these works, most of which were designed for various trade fairs such as Fantasy Basel, Zurich PopCon and Herofest Bern, as well as newly created objects. The centerpiece is the three-meter-high “Kingbeast”, which guests can admire at the end of their visit. The exhibition, which is currently open at weekends, should appeal to fantasy and cosplay fans as well as families looking for an activity together.

In addition to the exhibition, Bad Zurzach also has water fun to offer in terms of leisure activities. The new water play area “Papa Moll Water World” recently opened at the Zurzach Thermal Pool (c.f. EAP news of 29 Nov 2024).
