(eap) The first aquafun-branded inflatable water park on the German Baltic Sea coast will open on June 1 in the sea resort of Boltenhagen, more precisely on a 1,500 square meter area on the water directly by the pier. A structure comprising almost 20 different modules promises active water fun for children aged six and over (and 1.10 meters tall). The course at the aquafun park features elements such as jumping pillows, slides, climbing walls and balance bridges and offers different levels of difficulty for a wide age group. If guests do slip, they land in the shallow Baltic Sea water.

Up to one hundred people per hour will be able to use the inflatable water park. Time tickets can be booked online in advance, but will also be available on site at the “Beach Base”. Other features such as a volleyball court in the water and, of course, a spacious beach complete the fair-weather fun, which will be available just in time for the start of the German summer vacations. The aquafun park in Boltenhagen will be operated by the wave Event Company. Headquartered in Spain, manufacturer aquafun develops, produces and installs all modules and also operates some of its approximately 300 facilities worldwide itself. ■
