Canada: Triotech Appoints Sylvain Larose New Chief Operating Officer

Canada’s Triotech company – the Montréal-based provider of interactive, media-based attractions – yesterday announced the appointment of Sylvain Larose (photo) as new Chief Operating Officer of the company. Larose, who until very recently held the post of Chief Financial Officer of Triotech, takes over the position from Charles Décarie, who will join Montréal-based Groupe Juste pour rire festival and show production group as new President & CEO later this month.

“Sylvain has the skills, and especially an indepth knowledge of the market, and so will play a key role in defining our future orientations and business strategies. Renowned for his dynamic approach and his thoroughness, he will help the company reach its business goals […],” said Ernest Yale, founder and CEO of Triotech.

Larose, who has been serving the company for the last 15 years, is looking forward to his new challenge: “I am very proud to put the expertise I have gained since 2004 to work on behalf of the company and to tackle this new challenge. I had the good fortune of seeing Triotech grow on the world stage and am convinced that we can go even further in the next few years.” (eap)
