France: Vulcania Upgrades “Angry Earth“ Simulator with Show Control Technology

The “European Park for Volcanism” – Vulcania –, which is located in France’s Auvergne region, has recently upgraded its “Angry Earth” (Fr.: “Terre en Colère”) simulator attraction with the addition of the “Salto!” show control technology from Belgium-based Alterface company. The solution empowers the attraction with interactivity, driving all light, media, sound and special effects. The recently reopened attraction now offers guests an even more dynamic experience when it simulates natural scenarios such as an earth quake, an avalanche, an impact from a meteorite or a lava flow. “Angry Earth” invites visitors to test their ability to assess the intensity of any seismic phenomenon.
