GaLaBau is Coming Up: 25th Edition, Play Structures & More

(eap) The 25th edition of GaLaBau will take place at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg from 11 to 14 September 2024. The leading international trade fair for urban greenery and open spaces, which is held every two years, is celebrating this anniversary under the patronage of the BGL (German Association for Gardening, Landscaping and Sports Ground Construction).
With the “Innovation Hub”, GaLaBau is bundling special areas and offers on the subject of innovations for the first time. In the “Shaping digitalization in practice” forum, visitors can find out about current trends and practical solutions relating to digitalization in landscaping companies. At the joint booth of the “Young Innovators”, 26 German start-ups will be presenting their products, while 14 other companies will be exhibiting in the “International Startup Area”.
The main focus of the trade fair is on the municipal sector, but there are also some interesting insights for professionals in the commercial leisure industry. The more than 1,000 exhibitors at this year’s GaLaBau also include manufacturers of themed play equipment and leisure facilities. Among them are Berliner Seilfabrik and HUCK Seiltechnik for rope play and climbing equipment. The companies SPECK Pumpen and Hugo Lahme will be exhibiting together at a common booth, presenting pumps and swimming pool lighting technology. The companies Espas, Emsland Spiel- & Freizeitgeräte, spielart and SIK-Holzgestaltung will be presenting their broad portfolio of (themed) wooden and steel play equipment. The experts for artificial rocks from KaGo & Hammerschmidt will be represented at GaLaBau with their Rock it® product range, which includes resting, climbing and sliding rocks... ■
