Germany: “Serengeti Interactive“ Turns Visitors into Animal Keepers
Visitors to Germany’s Serengeti-Park Hodenhagen leisure and animal park (close to Heide Park) can now try out the latest feature of the “Serengeti-Park app”, named “Serengeti Interactive” and turning visitors into animal keepers. At several sites in the park’s safari area “mechanical trees“ have been installed (created in cooperation with Jora Vision), providing animals with food, water or scrubbers for a wellness session triggered by visitors via the app. In this way, guests can direct the pampering program directly from their safari car via smartphone. Furthermore, “Serengeti Interactive” can also be enjoyed from home, webcams offer the opportunity to observe the animals even when the park is closed.
