Germany: First-Ever IAAPA EMEA Trade Summit to Take Place at Europa-Park
Registration is now open for “IAAPA EMEA Trade Summit”, an event which is being held for the very first time and is scheduled to take place at Germany’s Europa-Park in Rust (Baden-Wuerttemberg) from February 2-4, 2021. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) invites industry professionals from all over the world to network, exchange ideas with colleagues, participate in innovative and informative keynote sessions and discover the latest products and services of manufacturers and suppliers at an in-house exhibition in the Confertainment Center of Europa-Park. During EDUTours, participants will also have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of Rulantica, Europa-Park’s all-new water park, and the recently reopened attraction “Pirates in Batavia”.
At the opening of the event, Roland Mack, founder and owner of Europa-Park, will talk about disruptive changes and special challenges in the history of his 230-year-old family business and why it is so important to proactively change your corporate strategy and not wait until external circumstances make this necessary. In a concluding keynote, guest speaker Doug Lansky will present new insights and ideas to help participants make their businesses future-proof. The tourism and travel expert has lectured at more than 100 universities and destinations around the world.
Together with the team at Europa-Park, IAAPA EMEA is working to ensure that the event will not only be a success but also be as safe as possible in accordance with current hygiene and safety standards. (eap)
