Hong Kong/China: Ocean Park Corporation with New Chairman & New Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
The non-profit organization Ocean Park Corporation (OPC), which promotes species conservation of various animal species and is responsible for the operation of Hong Kong Island-based theme park resort Ocean Park Hong Kong, has a new chairman: as of 1st July, Paulo Pong Kin-yee (right), who has been part of the board of directors since 2019 and has served as deputy chairman since 2020, will take over as new chairman of the board of directors. He will thus succeed Lau Ming-wai. As founder of wine company Altaya Group, Paulo Pong Kin-yee brings extensive experience in F&B, retail, international trade, and investment to the corporation. Furthermore, Stephen Wong See-yuen (left) was appointed new deputy chairman of the board of directors. The appointments were made by the Hong Kong government.
