Matthew M. Martin Joins Falcon’s Creative as VP Design
(eap) With over 30 years of global experience in the leisure and attractions industry, Matthew M. Martin is joining Falcon’s Creative Group – a core business unit of the Orlando, Florida-based Falcon’s Beyond Global creative design company – in the newly created position of Vice President of Design. In this role, Martin will lead a team of creative directors as he conceptualizes ideas and drives the design development pipeline. Martin has already spearheaded creative teams of large theme and amusement parks, themed attractions and experiences. Most recently, he served as Creative Producer for Merlin Entertainments, previously to that as Creative Director for Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN). Moreover, the experienced creative design professional held the roles of Creative Producer and Art Director for Universal Creative. Notable project work with the company include key land development in the eagerly awaited new Epic Universe theme park, Universal’s Islands of Adventure’s “Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure” as well as the “Jurassic World VelociCoaster” (both among the newest anchor attractions of the park and supplied by European manufacturer Intamin).

Martin is joining Falcon’s during a time of exciting projects for the company as Falcon’s Creative Group is actively involved in the creative development of the world’s first Dragon Ball Theme Park as well as of the water theme park Aquarabia, both projects to be realized in Saudi Arabia. ■
