O’Gliss Park Ready to Kick off Season with “Stingray”
(eap) This coming Saturday (22 June), the outdoor water world O’Gliss Park, located in the west of France in the Vendée region, will start into this year’s summer season. Visitors can particularly look forward to the new large “Stingray” water slide, which has been installed in time for the reopening of the park and will officially start operating on Saturday as well.
With this new tube slide, which has a total of four lanes, the water park has created a new USP – there is no other attraction of this type to date. Guests slide down one of the four channels sitting in two-person rafts – two rafts start from two different towers at the same time. Towards the end of the slide channels, the guests rush through an open bowl element in different ways, so that the slide experience varies depending on the tube channel selected. The capacity of the slide reaches some 720 pph. Read all about Stingray in one of our next EAP magazine issues. ■
