UAE: Ain Dubai – Giant Ferris Wheel Opens Today

The “Ain Dubai“ or “Dubai Eye“ is the new record-breaking Ferris wheel, which starts making its rounds today and lets guests enjoy spectactular views over Dubai. With a height of around 250 metres, the Ain Dubai surpasses the previously highest Ferris wheel in the world, the “Singapore Flyer“ (165 meter) by around 85 metres and thus brings another “highest of the world“ title to the emirate of superlatives. Just in time for Expo 2020 Dubai, which opened to visitors on 1 October this year after a Corona-related rescheduling, the Ain Dubai is set to become a new landmark attraction in the region.
